Our client is looking for a dynamic AI Transformation Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in shaping their AI strategy and implementation.

Role Overview:

The AI Transformation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating AI projects across various business units, ensuring that AI initiatives align with strategic goals. This role requires someone who can seamlessly navigate between technical and business teams, translating complex AI concepts into actionable plans. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, bringing your expertise in coding, AI trends, and project management to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate AI-driven projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of project goals and outcomes.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.

• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for AI integration to improve efficiency and service delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to gain buy-in for AI initiatives.

• Support in building and deploying AI models and tools using popular coding languages (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript).

• Create reports and presentations to showcase the impact and value of AI projects.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of popular programming languages (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript, or other relevant languages).

• AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with AI tools and platforms, and a solid understanding of machine learning concepts.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels within an organization.

• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuous Learning: Passionate about staying updated on AI advancements and integrating new learnings into your work.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Certifications or coursework in AI, Data Science, or Project Management.

• Experience in deploying AI models or working on AI research projects.
